Do you want to be mediocre or do you want to see real results? Stop being a clown one time a week for 30 min is pointless when your goal is to make a dramatic difference …working out /training & being active is something you need daily. Stop checking in at the gym unless you are going to be training hard. Being on the Elliptical running your mouth going one mile an hour is doing nothing for “your goals”. Get up go workout. Train Harder.
