Hey you over there criticizing yourself. Stop!,Extra pounds you can’t stand… muffin top, sadle bags, a big belly, saggy/ droopy bumbum ?  ——-> Do something about it ——-> Eat Mindfully, workout(Cardio and yes weights ladies), whalaa a new you. Ok you have met your micro goal…now keep going.  Losing those extra lbs is about awareness. The awareness that your body isn’t meant to be overweight, and the awareness that you must change for the better and do something about it creating for yourself a better lifestlye that creates mental happiness.  Being fit is a matter of being aware of what you are doing and knowing how to live your best life active. Awareness is a Beautiful thing. Eat Well, Be Active, Be Fit.
