24 Min total HIIT = 4 x 5min Versa Climber Super Set (SS) with 50 non weighted squats different variations.

Post HIIT 100 walking cardio lunges non weighted.

Novermber 1, 2012  P.M. workout 

8 x 8 Barbell Curls

8 x 12 Captains Chair Leg Raises

8 x 8 Tricep Pushdowns

20 min upright bike sprints

Friday November 2, 2012 A.M. Mixed Cardio 60 Min

10 Min Versa Climber

10 Min Precor

10 Min Treadmill Incline 8.5 – 9.0

10 Min Stepper Machine

10 Min Stairmaster stepping Backwards with high march and soldiers march

10 Min Cybex Arc
