Haven’t done Pyramids in a while feeling it today.
Warm-up consisted up warm up sets don’t count them because the weight is low.

Flat Bench Press: 25, 15, 5, 15, 25 ss/w
Flat Dumbbell (DB) Flye: 25, 15, 5, 15, 25

Bent Over Barbell (BB) Row: 25, 15, 5, 15, 25 ss/w
Seated Row: 25, 15, 5, 15, 25

Abs/ Non Pyramid
Hanging Knee Raises 15, 15, 15

Medicine Ball Crunch: 15, 15, 15 ss/w
Bench V-up: 15, 15, 15

Bonus Back
Wide Grip Pulldown: 25, 20, 15, 10, 5

Cool down/ stretching.
